What are the best tools to gather user feedback for an online productivity app?

Hello,

I've just launched dolist.io and I'm looking to better track the early adopters in order to gather some of their feedback. I'm using Hotjar, intercom, mix panel, and google analytic events. But curious if there are services out there that would allow you to do live sessions with remote users to see their reactions. Or maybe it would record their reactions and ask their thoughts afterwords. Any help is appreciated!

We are using Invision to get feedback on our initial screens. In comment mode it gives users the ability to comment on any object on the screen. We have found that to be very useful, rather than metrics. When we launch, like you we will look at metrics.

usertesting.com and bring users in to watch them is the best

Second usertesting.com.  You get video captures with the users talking over the experience.  And you can guide them to do certain tasks and ask followup questions they'll answer in writing.  And you can share the videos with team members/investors/etc.

It's a great way of exposing UX issues you've never thought of and relatively cheap (generally $49-99/user/session).
