What are the Gotcha's I should be aware of while selling software licenses to international markets?

We are a early stage tech startup company based in the U.S. We are getting a growing number of inquiries from international Distribution Channel and Re-seller companies about reselling our software to their customers in their home countries. 

Since we deliver our product electronically (software download and license keys), is there anything we should be aware of when selling to these international channel partners? I'm thinking along the lines of international taxes, export / import, etc...
