It's a B2B platform SaaS connecting travel suppliers with hotels. Hotels can cross sell travel tours and activities to guests or potential guests with discounts etc via email and other channels. Hotels will then get a small kickback for bookings made through them.

2. What should the business model be? Charging both to use the platform or just charging suppliers?

But how exactly is that better than what hotels have been doing for decades? Practically every hotel I've ever been to offered tours and activities. At the very least there was a stand at reception with all kinds of flyers. I'm sure the hotel got something in exchange for it. So how does your Saas improve this arrangement?

What have hotels told you about the services that you're thinking about providing? The value is in the specifics, not the idea.
The reason that travel agencies as a business category collapsed is that access to information stopped being a secret. The only travel agencies that are still operating, for the most part, are highly specialized.
I can tell you that it will be extremely rare that hoteliers want to spend any time bundling other excursions with a hotel stay. Those that do, leave it to the concierge on an on-demand basis, not as a practice.
Regardless, I don't see how you get any money out of the deal. You'd be a middleman's middle man and it is too easy to cut you out by going direct.
Those tour and attraction operators interested in working with hotels typically approach them directly now. They don't need a service, because proximity is key. Every attraction and tour operator knows where all the hotels are. There's nothing stopping them from knocking on those doors. I have trouble seeing a problem your platform solves. What am I missing?
Given that similar ventures already exist makes it a sustainable/viable idea and venture. To keep it sustainable you will have to have revenue coming from both end users.
Feedback? I suppose, see what the current ventures are doing and come up with how you can penetrate the market with a unique proposition.
It seems like travel will be different due to COVID- 19. There still might be plenty of room in Verticals or ideas that play on demographic & psycho-graphic data.
I wonder how you might fare if you base your offers on culture a bit in connecting travel suppliers with hotels. A cultural focus might be defined as: Urban Travel (American Black, or hip travelers, black boomers, black elites), European Travel (likely taken), All things Israel ( likely done), Italy (likely done), Asia (done). A membership card loaded with these offers seems ideal.
Years ago on Google there was a request for a blogger to write about Nunavut people. I had never heard of Canadian Nunavut people. There was very limited information online about Nunavut people.
One subculture might include suppliers & hotels that cater to the Millennial cohort. A couple of years ago Las Vegas casinos were trying to figure out how to get more Millennial customers.
It would not be about race but rather it would be about theme & education regarding that culture or subculture. Some people are very selective and prefer travel destinations and accommodations specially selected based on their demographic or psycho-graphic data.
There is a company called Velocity Black. they are a more personalized hotel travel service. I think they specialize in more high end clients such as Football teams or working professionals that do a lot of traveling. I think the way they defernite themselves is with more personalized travel arrangements. Specifically, there is someone that is texting and calling you who you can develop a relationship with. For example, lets say you get off a plan in Toranto and you want to know were to get a good steak. You could text you travel agent at Velocity Black and they would give you suggestions. They even may make s suggestion given prior relationship history.
I'm not an agent of Velocity Black. They seem to be a company that is approaching this pain point from the angle of personalized service. Maybe that is a helpful angle to consider your idea from. What do you'll think?
