What is the best place or way to find out about events where startups can pitch?

I'm looking for a central location that posts pitch opportunities by geography (for example, I'm in Los Angeles) that posts those events with enough time to submit to be able to pitch.

Might want to check out the SBA administration in your area. They can provide free resources such as someone that probably knows about what local pitching opportunities are available in your area. For example, I'm a San Diegan, and the SBA directed me to Tech Coast Angels.
