Term sheet, equity split, pre money vs post money valuation... there are so many things in startup financials that can be hard for first time founders to understand. Is there any book or organized source to equip one with these concepts?
Accounting for the Numberphobic by Dawn Fotopulos. I interviewed her on my radio show. If you prefer listening to reading here is the link: http://thegamechanger.network/the-village/dawn_fotopulos/
You need an outsource CFO. In Pasadena (you can do this remote) I recommend Full Stack Financial. They can do it all. Ivan Ivankovich was my CFO who led our exit form YellowPages.com to what is now AT&T. They work with start ups and do these things for you.
