Where can I find a comprehensive social media planning template?

I'm looking for a comprehensive social media strategy document that I can model.  Does anyone have access to such a document and would you be willing to share it?  My objective is to use it as a checklist of sorts to ensure I'm thinking through all aspects of social media.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have saved a bunch of "growth hacking" stuff over the past couple years, I think you will like this one: http://chadriddersen.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/CMO-Guide-to-Social-Landscape-2014-03.27.14.jpg

If you think it would be helpful, I can share access to a Google folder structure where I have a bunch of similar stuff (I sub-divided it into: copywriting, CRO, employees, inbound marketing, phone, referrals, sales automation systems, SEO, social, testimonials, video, website and "other").

While not exactly a template, make sure to take a look at Gary Vaynerchuk's book Jab, Jab, Jab, Right HookHow to Tell Your Story in a Noisy Social World.
What's brilliant about this book is that he devotes chapters to each of the social media channels, tells why they're different, how to "converse" on each and who the audience is, and gives actual examples of great social media and terrible fails.

This book will definitely help you develop your strategy, decide which of the channels to devote your resources to, and how not to completely flop.
